The Figure in Gouache

 ​This features a curated collection of 200 gouache paintings developed over the past year. This work represents a snapshot of my artistic exploration using gouache as a medium for studying the human figure.

Figure drawing has been a lifelong passion of mine. After years of focusing on anatomy and structure through traditional tools like pencil and charcoal, I introduced gouache to my practice in 2014. Shifting to this medium challenged me to rethink how I analyze and represent the human form.

Thousands of studies later, this journey remains an exciting challenge that I am committed to improving upon, one sketch at a time. I hope you enjoy this collection.
