The Figure in Gouache
This is a curated collection of 200 gouache paintings developed over one year. It is a snapshot of my artistic exploration using gouache as a medium for studying the human figure.
Figure drawing has been a lifelong passion of mine. After years of focusing on anatomy and structure through pencil and charcoal, I introduced gouache to my practice in 2014. The shift challenged me to rethink how I analyze and represent the human form.
Thousands of studies later, this journey remains an exciting challenge I am committed to improving, one sketch at a time. I hope you enjoy this collection.
